We understand that all kinds of situations arise and if you have to be late for your appointment - less than 10 minutes - that's okay, we will wait for you. If the delay is longer, we are not sure that we will be able to complete the procedure you have chosen, but we will try to find an alternative. Unfortunately, if you are late more than 30 min, we will have to reschedule your visit for another hour or day.
If you miss your appointment two times, we will apply a no show fee to your following procedure and will require you to pay 50% of your next appointment in advance to secure your next visit.
Please notify us about any changes you wish to make to your appointment and give us at least 3 hours notice. Feel free to contact us by phone or via Messenger, Viber or Instagram.
In principle, it is possible, but keep in mind that normally all our specialists have scheduled appointments and you may have to wait or come back another time. It is highly recommended to book an appointment before visiting and you can do that by eitehr calling us on the phone or by booking through our site and social media.
We recommend that you call as early as possible because the schedule is quite busy all year-round.
The guarantee we give is 7 days for manicure and pedicure with gel polish. During this period, we will fix minor damages completely free of charge in case you have any.

The price depends on the experience of the specialist and decorations and all additional services are paid separately.
Yes! If you recommend our studio to a friend or relative and they visit us, you will receive a bonus of BGN 5, which you can use in your following procedure, and they will receive a 10% discount for their first visit.
